My goal with one to one coaching sessions is to help you reach your personal goals and live your best life.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, confused and unfulfilled in life because I’ve been there. After years of living a life that wasn’t fulfilling me or making me happy I made a huge life change. I sold 80% of everything I owned and I moved across the country. I started traveling, trying to find myself and what made me happy in life. What discovered through my journey was that we all have the ability to be happy if we are willing to do the work and invest in ourselves. Happiness doesn’t show up one day wrapped in a nice little bow. You have to be willing to take a serious look at your life and start making small changes towards what makes you happy.
My goal with one to one coaching is to help you figure out (in a way that makes sense in your life right now) what happiness looks like and how to find it. All of us have different obligations that may hinder what we want in life, it doesn’t mean that we can’t figure out a way to make it work and still be happy.
I’ve been there, I understand how you feel, the only difference between you and me is I’ve done the work. I’ve made the changes and I keep making the changes necessary to maintain my happiness. Having a B.A. in Psychology from Brock University allows me to take my knowledge of human behaviour and combine it with all of the personal growth and development I’ve done over the last few years. This means the work we do together is personalized to you and your lifestyle. I know what it takes to get to that place in your life where you’re happy and excited to get out of bed in the morning. I can help you find that too.
Each package comes with a 30 minute introductory session where we will chat about what you’re hoping to get out of one to one coaching and discuss what your goals are. All sessions will be over the internet at times that are mutually agreed to during our 30 minute intro session or via email. Sessions are based on an hour of coaching for each session weekly.
- 1 month of coaching (one hour a week for 4 weeks).
- 2 months of coaching (one hour a week for 8 weeks)
- 3 months of coaching (one hour a week for 12 weeks)
- 6 months of coaching (one hour a week for 24 weeks)
